At any rate, I think you mean that you'd have eeither of them at third tier before 3-13. Early Crown as soon as they hit lvl 10, which is when they usually cap Str/Skill/Spd and have passable Def. This is very easy to do in NM. You could get it at 3-12 at the earliest, in HM. Well, aside from FE3 and FE5, where stats cap at 20, anyway. It's not hard. You'll just want to give the character you're using a Seraph Robe for BEXP slowplay. Even Aran and Brolan can do it.
