Welp, you could have gotten Seraph/Mara if you were on Law/Chaos regardless of your level (respectively), and that would have eased your pain a bit... I feel your pain. My Huang Long changed his Victory Cry skill into Jihad randomly and then I fused that everywhere I could, maybe you could try for that as an alternative to grinding for Shiva. Jihad really helps. I was going nuts from not knowing how to fuse all the super demons. Then I did solo grinding in like B7F of Horologium, I think, in a square room with both a health thing and a save thing. With a good sword and a good gun, it took me less than an hour to get to level 94, enough for like, anything.
