I basically went into the BIOS and adjusted my base clock speeds slowly until I hit a point where my system won't run properly at all. Then I backed off the base clock a bit. Overclocking varies depending on the motherboard chipset, the CPU, and to some extent, the quality of the motherboard itself, the CPU cooler that's being used, etc. Not all methods are the same as mine, and some systems won't even allow overclocking at all.
