In the regular game, there was a normal trainer (IIRC) and a Battle Girl with a Meditite in the gym. But all those have been replaced except for the bug trainer. That's really awful advice considering the game though. Like I said, I'm not sure about the second line of advice. It may or may not be good to do it fast... but it's something about fast. It's because I can't read if that first Katakana character is "Ba", "Ha", or "Pa" because of a little line to the right of it, and not sure if that's dakuten.
