Regarding the Manaketes maybe it's due to practicality. It's not like in MotE where the transformations could exploit elemental weaknesses and stuff. The various manakete transformations may have different elemental attributes and overall appearances, but they never turn into anything that isn't a dragon. And the whole elemental weakness thing probably wouldn't have been difficult to implement. Hell, I'm not even saying they need to have FE3 style transformations. A larger variety of stones with differing stats and effects would have been enough. "Stone" and "stronger stone" is boring, and reclassing just turns them into run of the mill units. Same here, I didn't have any complaints about the English Voice cast for FE13. I usually don't have gripes about Voice Acting in general. Agreed.
