They're just trying to update the store page to show the sales. Then again I've seen mistakes like 91% off on Sleeping Dogs when it was supposed to only be 66%. Imagine my surprise when I uncover Dahlia's true roots and manage to draw parallels between the two of them. Although Emerson would hate Dahlia if they ever met, because she can't stand using poison to kill people - she thinks it's cowardly. Agh, great. Now I'm tempted to use Emerson as my avi. Well then... it's generally one that's better reserved for late because there's a correlation between paralogue difficulty and the parent's jointime (e.g. Owain, Kjelle, Morgan and Laurent have easy paralogues where most of the enemies are still unprromoted, but OTOH, Inigo and Gerome, whose mothers join late, have hard paralogues [i think the former's paralogue is one of the most irritating in the game]). Though that mostly depends on the chapter itself and enemy strength. From what I remember, Inigo's Paralogue has --/8 enemies on average, but if they only move when someone's in their range, then it relieves some of the overall difficulty.
