Gangrel no doubt filled their minds with propaganda for years yet they were still swayed instantly. I thought everyone in Plegia hated Emmeryn's guts? That's the impression I got, at least. And there were probably a good deal of Plegians who didn't buy into Gangrel's revenge-by-proxy propaganda. I suppose to some it would seem random and coming out of the blue. I suppose it's as good hint as anything that she's recruitable... but then again, the fact she's the only other non-generic enemy other than the boss and this far into FE... you don't even need to tell that.
