I think only the latter 80s albums were lacklustre, though even they had good songs. Scary Monsters and Let's Dance were heeeeella good.

Did you listen to his super early stuff, btw?

Nope.

All will be revealed in theend.

I'm confused :<

It's okay. Don't worry about it. Everything's going to be alright.

Welcome to the thread, by the way. I don't feel myself entitled to say this, because I'm not thread-y enough, but nevertheless.

Scary Monsters is my favorite, bro. Let's Dance was fun, but the beggining of his downfall

I think his earliest that I've heard was The Man Who Sold the World

Okay good, I thought we was gonna have to axe our brohood. I don't think Let's Dance was the beginning, it's still got a very strong sound to it. He got softer with Tonight, and very soft with Never Let Me Down (which he said that, in hindsight, he regrets ever making it).

You should listen to stuff earlier than that. It's not comparable to the things he did later on, but I still found them very entertaining to listen to. It's like he always kind of had that magic, but it never showed through completely until later (probably Width of a Circle, that song owns).

Excellent.

I need a leather jacket

Specially one like this

Marlon Brando you were so freakin hot

Dude, you need a jacket like that because yes.

I wouldn't mind looking like David Bowie in this pop era too, even though most songs were lackluster.

Well, she likes to do that to the thread and anyone in it

Oi, Rey. When you see this, I'd like to know how other Ray knows who I am. I'm currently blaming the combo of you and Kelsper.
