A Fire/Electric double type pokemon. Every region included and unlockable without going to the darn stupid special events. Possibly including the Orange Islands, because I'm crazy that way. The option to ride on a large pokemon, preferably coupled with the second request. Forget bikes- I want a pony. More control over what your trainer looks like. Well, Fire is a bad type in the 4th gen, mostly because of the wide variety of Earthquake users in addition to the introduction of Fire crippling moves like Stealth Rock (it's almost impossible to use Fire types in metagame because of this) and Stone Edge. Not to mention those moves are easily accessed through TM. But Electric types are NOT a bad type. Defensively, they have one weakness and are strong against 2 types. Offensively, they are super effective against 2 types and are not that effective against other Electric types and Grass types. It also does no damage to ground types.
