The Choice items only gives out 50%, whereas Flygon's base stat total is 520. That's still not enough to compare to Pseudo-legendary Pokemon. You have heard of the moves "Fire Blast" and "Earthquake", right? Even with the appropriate berry, you are still looking at ~50% HP loss. Other than those being his only weaknesses, he has a boatload of resistances and an immunity to Poison. He also has awesome Defense and Attack stats; actually, he has good stats save speed. Oh, and resistant against Dragon, Ice, Bug, Normal, Rock, Flying, and others. The Dragon and Ice ones are awesome since there are a lot of those in the OU Tier. Rock Pokemon get like 50% SPK DEF from Sandstorm in battle. Tyranitar will always get the bonuses from his Sand Stream ability and it's effect will last for the whole battle unless it is replaced by another weather condition/effect, but that's beside the point.
