The join time and the low level are against him. Sharlow just plain fails. Elite does nothing to a unit with shitty growths. Nothing saves face for this kid. Berserk, you say? What a gimmicky staff. How often is it needed in a single playthrough? Not one damn time. Wrys may or may not be useful for those first few chapters... hey, its a free Heal Staff.
