Inui
Oh, shit. I meant Shin, lmao.
Junkhead
Dayan is not lol. Dayan and Rath place around the same on tier lists for their respective games. ...Just checked his base stats, there's actually some use in 14 Str & 20 Spd...he's quite fast for a pre-prote, he could use a brave bow with only the cost of 3 AS to kill wyerns. Inui
Yes, Dayan absolutely slaughters Wyverns, at absolutely no cost in terms of raising a unit or having to promote them.
Rewjeo
Shin. I see no logic-based reason to vote for anyone unless you haven't played FE6, in which case Rath makes sense 'cuz he's really your only choice.
Candlejack
Dayan is kind of like Renning in which they both come late at high levels in classes you probably have one other character that is better, but they are still useful if deployed for whatever reason. But yeah Shin is the only right answer and Emerald Jealousy is pretty much saying, "I voted for Sue because LALALALALALA I CAN'T HEAR YOU"
Deliriyum
Well... Sue has the durability of a piece of paper. If she doesn't proc strength early then she is gonna have a rough time. Shin has epic HM bases at a low level so he grows fast. He doesn't do half bad in the isles either. Rath Is good in LM but nearly useless when he comes back, underleveled and locked to bows. Dayan has some lategame utility, but for me any trained unit that is good>Dayan I choose Shin
Thor Odinson
Actually, both Shin and Rath made it to final team for me on their respective games (...I like Nomadic Troopers/Rangers). Shin does have the advantage of being around more, though. He wins here. He was pretty easy to train too. As I was too lazy to train any of the archers (plus I don't like using Snipers much) Rath was actually quite useful despite only being around lv10 when he comes back. So he's not as useless as some makes him out to be. Also he's the only nomad in FE7 and he wasn't all that hard to train. I managed to level him without having to resort to babying and he was great by endgame (especially with the amount of Wyverns, OHKO win). If only he didn't go missing for 10 or so chapters... He and Shin have similar growths and stats, after all. I just didn't bother with Sue when Shin comes a few chapters later (Alan does more damage to a Wyvern with Iron Lance than she does with a bow), and Dayan was alright, but why use him when you have a over-leveled Shin (due to abundance of Wyverns) and units much better than him? Ranger!Gerik beats them all. But that's off topic.
Florete
I personally find Rath underrated and have never actually used Shin, so I don't have a vote in this at this time.
Ercdouken
Shin, goes without saying.
luigi bros
Sue. She's the only one I've used and she's been great every time.
Dr. Tarrasque
Shin. A unit limited to 2 range must dish out strong damage to make up for its lack of direct counter-attacks. Sue has poor STR and Dayan's often outclassed by Shin. Edited February 27, 2010 by Speedwagon
Original Alear
Storm from FE Tactics Universe for 1-2 range short bow. Shin.
