Back in some other forum I used to go to, the mods always modkilled players that edited their posts too much. They were given two chances just in case they forgot but after that, they get modkilled. In the games I played, modkills were always performed if somebody wasn't following the rules correctly (on purpose), so you shouldn't be afraid to resort to it if someone is ruining the spirit of the game. Gen Spoon and I haven't worked out the details, but it'll definitely involve multiple teams and more roles than in the first two games.
