Psych
I'd guess Kamilla is Sanaki, only without the whole noble, educated side.
Phoenix
@ Orson's Wife I had no idea she was so good at blowing things up. @ Other comparisons Irina acts like Farina? Well that's kind of what I was going for ... just feels awkward coming from you I guess. Iso acts like Erk? Great, now Katie needs to become a troubadour -_-
Inactive Account
Er... did not Cynthia say that horses were actual business in this town? As such, I'd expect to see multiple traders. As such, I'm going to invent one. (And before you call bullshit because I just want money, I'm not even going to bother working out an amount.) -Cynthia-
Yeah I kind of assumed Hamburg is on the road to the capital, hence horses would make sense as a business. Kelas might have just run into a bitchy trader. @Phoenix I try to be insightful about other people's characters. Isotov was hard to classify, Erk seemed closest. Snike
@ Phoenix: Who do you think REALLY blew up the bridge in FE8 CH8?
Phoenix
@ Cynthia Try harder XD On a far more serious note, who is getting stiffed for the inn bill? @ Snike Who blew up that bridge? Terrorists, man ... the damn terrorists or Katie Orson's crazy wife <_< Edited June 16, 2010 by Phoenix
Kanami
Hmmm, must have missed that, though I'd like to query how far Hamburg is from the swamp, since Charlotte recognized the swamp'ness of the group, I didn't think it was too far. And you really wouldn't want to be trading horses near swampland (useless). I'm fine with the bitchy trader theory though, just wanted to add an extra obstacle :P Thought if that's the case :) If it's large enough for traders, it's large enough for soldiers XD Again, I'm going to request a distance from Swamp->Hamburg. As well as time @Psych *Thumbs up*

Snike
@Psych:... They house a cleric, yet they hate magic users. Epic. Fail. @Phoenix: That was all Monica. Edited June 16, 2010 by Snike
Kanami
@Snike Cleric=Religion Magic=Witchery, Makes sense to me.
-Cynthia-
The swamp also has a wooden road running through it (hence why the cart wasn't entirely stupid in the first place), thus not making the horses useless. I'll say half an hour between the swamp and Hamburg. Isotov is Raven? Kind of I guess.
Snike
@Snike Cleric=Religion Magic=Witchery, Makes sense to me. Uhh, Light Magic = Magic. The logic is flawed, IMO.
Psych
Plus I thought Cleric girl was living in the church?
Snowy_One
Uggg... I hate late nights on raid. And Clerical magic draws it's power from the Goddess and is only slightly the manipulation of mana networks, so it may be seen as different. Kanami
Swamp also had flying leeches, and high mortality rate :/ Nevermind people not wanting to go through such a smelly place in the first place. Either way, it'd probably take 3~4 hours by foot, considering most of you couldn't ride and didn't ride full speed :/ Nyahaha XD

Phoenix
@ Cynthia Let's see: Loves sister- check Hates someone who's not too far away at any given time- check Is good at killing things- check Red hair- check no parents- check Has time for romance- check Is nonchalant about it- ehhh ... Giant ass sword- ... ... .... Close enough.
Snowy_One
Magic leeches got their magic via sucking the headmasters blood. Probably not a hidden fact since it ended in a botched raid. Makes a bit of sense.
Psych
Cause there are less of us and they were the first people I thought of. Cause it seemed like something a small town would do.
Kanami
There is a sense of awkwardness when a innkeeper in a magi based nation acts hostile to mages :/ Can't be good for business :/ Though I don't see it being impossible. Plus, you people smell! XD Don't want no smelly travelers stinkin' up my inn XD
Inactive Account
Are we only ever going to visit one-inn towns? >_<
Kanami
Go find another inn, I suppose, though I'd think the anti-mage sentiment could be spread throughout the town and not be exclusive to one inn. Otherwise the matron shooing you away wouldn't make much sense (just poor business). I can sort of see a anti-mage sentiment now, Mages=upper class, normal=lower class. So a town being unfriendly to mages make sense. yup, as much sense as everything else so far, but hey, it's been done.
