Inactive Account
@Phoenix: Where do you keep getting the idea that CPR will do anything useful, rather than just breaking ribs? Especially for stab wounds and burns, not heart failure... Come to think of it where did you even get that out of this discussion? @Explosion: Mine minded, nobody else is responding. (Arrin is used to magical shit blowing up without much consequence. Of course, we're about to get much consequence, but yeah.) -Cynthia-
I suggested it. It would help clear his lungs of fire!
Inactive Account
Aaaand thus first half of previous post redacted, pay it no mind.
Phoenix
@ Kiryn Breaking ribs? You said that not me :/ I don't see the point though, he's unconscious, not in cardiac arrest or anything. @ Cynthia ... Ksss bahaahahaah XD
Snike
Why do I feel that Cynthia's just trying to roast Katie...? Anyways, go go princess freak out, and escape sequence.
Inactive Account
@Breaking ribs: Fun fact: About a third of the time it's done properly, CPR will result in broken ribs. This is why its misuse in fiction is a pet peeve of mine. (I didn't see Cynthia's bit, thought you were just pulling it outta nowhere.) Phoenix
@ Situation Heheh! Iso was saved by a Frenchmen and an Apache :3 @ CPR Why do they do it so much? @ Other stuff I like how Iso and Eric officially matter all of a sudden XD
Kanami
I'm more curious as to why all the incubus's were after Isotov and not any of the girls, if the incubi were spread out, someone on the groups side Note how I don't say "our side" would most likely have been grilled to death too. As for the fire, Nady never complains about fire, In Katie case I was complaining about her ability not the actual explosion, in this case, the source of the fire is acceptable, hence I have no complaints. Snike
@ Situation Heheh! Iso was saved by a Canadian and an Apache :3 @ CPR Why do they do it so much? @ Other stuff I like how Iso and Eric officially matter all of a sudden XD FIX'D. Otherwise, I would have to have him throw his sword down at a hint of trouble. Edit: @ Officially mattering: Getting ROFLstomped does that to people. Phoenix
To retcon the gay incubi(insert interrupted with laughter here), the others got away, and Iso was one of the few victims left to attack, plus he didn't get countered so I decided that the inc that was after him brought the last few to help out or some such vengeful nonsense. EDIT: @ SNIKE AAAAHAHAHAHAHAAHAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAAH!!!!!! XD XD XD Edited June 22, 2010 by Phoenix
Inactive Account
@CPR: A lot of bad writers think it's sort of like kissing, and... yeah no. @Why they were all there: Possibly just in one place after tying people up, looking for next targets? @French joke: Oh snap. Snike
So, uh, who's coordinating the escape?
-Cynthia-
Is it wrong that I now get sadistic pleasure out of healing people?
Phoenix
In Soviet Russia, escape coordinates you. Irina's apologizing :) EDIT: @ Cynthia I don't know what's worse, the fact that you're becoming more sadistic than usual, or the fact that I enjoy it so much :/ Edited June 22, 2010 by Phoenix
Inactive Account
Eh, I dunno. I'm still not convinced that that was really the goddess, not something nefarious.
Snike
In Soviet Russia, escape coordinates you. Irina's apologizing :) News flash: Russia ain't Soviet no more. @ Alch: Yeah, well, if she is, the goddess, so be it. If not, LOL, it's a trap! Kanami
Even if it was the goddess, I doubt that's what she meant by "stop healing" XD I'm also not sure if we should interpret her as "THE Goddess" or just another goddess :/ Since I really don't want to see Helios talking to some divinity. Phoenix
News flash: Russia ain't Soviet no more. That's the best part! They've been a federation since the 90s! The jokes started and ended beyond their time!
Snike
That's the best part! They've been a federation since the 90s! The jokes started and ended beyond their time! Yep. Cold war humor is the best. Especially since they probably believed it in the 50's.
-Cynthia-
If it's a trap, it's probably not going to be very effective. Charlotte probably won't even feel that guilty, she's not esepcially devout for a cleric.
Phoenix
Oo oo! Soviet Russia will = Imperial Zaftra. So when ever I do that joke from now on, I'll use Zaftra B) @ Fire So ... how big was that fire I caused?
Inactive Account
Not as big as it could have been, given the rain's about to kick in full force. Anyone object to timeskippage to the edge of the woods? Edited June 22, 2010 by The Clockwork Alchemist
Snike
If it's a trap, it's probably not going to be very effective. Charlotte probably won't even feel that guilty, she's not especially devout for a cleric. Well, uh, I wasn't referring to the healing ban, but that works, too. Also, is Charlotte ever going to break out her magic tome? Edit: No. Edited June 22, 2010 by Snike
Kanami
*Shrugs* Don't know, don't think it matters, the group of "heroes" can't die anyway, so we'll make it out of the fire unscathed and head straight for Halton.
-Cynthia-
Probably at some point, but healing is more effective and shooting light beams at people has limited uses outside combat. She'll use it to counter I guess.
