Step one: Get the mugsheets. It'd be a lot easier than ripping mugs yourself. Step two: Get an image editting program: GIMP is free, convenient, and does what it needs to. It's not actually going to come up till after the Helenos thing is over though and when people aren't half dead- pretty much what Bal said, people don't travel that fast.
