@ Armor slayers

Like I said, the parallels are a bit different but I wanted to point that out.

@ Demons

Shanice was injured but he was the only one that got injured, and to top it off, he's the fastest when it comes to recovery. Didn't Petros say he'd come up with another plan? The party may not know this but the demons probably won't strike again for the moment.

@ Cess taking hours

You got the wrong impression >_>'

Remember, this is the same plotter who sicked three shadow chicks on us out of nowhere and expected everything to make sense.

Speaking of shadow chicks, what's so damn important about Verry again?

I totally forgot about the demons and only remembered the mage trio.

I blame sleep deprivation. Now I suddenly understand where all this urgency is coming from...

But yeah, Cess went in and out, and found the staircase while Morgan was still making sure Damian didn't get up and try that berserk thing again, which I'm positive wasn't some hours-long vigil.

But accurate time is always a sticky wicket...

Edit: Also, I can't help but get the feeling our whole motivation changed halfway through. Initially we were trying to lure Helenos into attacking us there with the water tome as bait, because it was a place where her power was diminished (but she's obviously not interested in this water tome nearly as much as the HM made it seem, and is content to just sip pina coladas on the beach.) Then somehow it was decided we were finding anti-dragon weaponry, which is a bit of a head-scratcher. Ah well, though...

Petros' other plan is probably 'go in and smash them up real good'. He tends to go for the direct route.

Um yeah, motivation...I'm not sure if Snowy is planning for us to kill Helenos soon or not. Helenos is now on a beach for some reason(possibly due to psych), and the HM tends not to make a lot of sense.

I'm up for Bal's idea, but Cynthia's probably right that they wouldn't keep much.

Clockwork's dragon girl is a much better following use right now but nooooo.

Otherwise I'm done with the graveyard via plot.

I can make Phoenix aneurysm by saying this, but I have another island sub-plot thought up.

Island Plots

------------

Twin Peaks Gorge Kidnapping

Mountain Hotsprings

Sword Girl Recruitment

Beach Day

Cess's Farm

Waterfall Lagoon Crab Cave

@ Petros' plan

Sad thing is, it might actually work.

@ HM, Helenos, and Snowy

I think Snowy's a little busy. Since Cynthia is very good at her job, he may as well give her more power. Might be able to keep the level of sense higher than it's been.

@ Psychout

Aneurysm? No ...

I think I have the power to do whatever I want (just like every other RPer kinda). It's just that Snowy probably has long-term plans I don't know about which I would be accidentally ruining all over the place.

Once we leave and make camp it's probably time for a new chapter.

^Never stopped me before :/

And Snowys plans usually tend to be dull, boring and pretty pointless.

Also Contradiction in the above two statements

Might be able to keep the level of sense higher than it's been.

Snowy probably has long-term plans

Not disagreeing with anything said above, but I remember when Snowy was willing to do fairly illogical overruling so that we could have our names cleared because he wants us to return to TISME a lot or something. I'm not interested in having things I do overwritten because it doesn't fit Snowy's master plan.

That being said, I'll probably be the one starting the next chapter and I'll do a plot event thing.

MEGA GASP

That'll be the first chapter Snowy hasn't opened.

Whelp. Looks like Katie or Tessa are the kidnapping targets. Bal, could I maybe.......

Probably gonna happen at the end of the next chapter by the way.

@ Psych

Enough with your friggin kidnapping plans!

@ Cynthia

This sounds like a mutiny ... shouldn't we get Psych back under control first? Not used to dealing with two things at once ... >_>'

EDIT:

@ Cuddles

Sup ...

I know. Bal hasn't said anything about capturing Tessa though.

And Katie.....Where's Snowy?

@Phoenix

I need the friggin kidnapping plans to get us to the islands to start my other plans. :newyears:

If you work with Cynthia and Snowy, get them convinced that there's actual merit to the plan, flesh things out a hell of a lot more, and give them equal creative stake and a fair level of control... actually better yet, get a majority approval from the other players, I will seriously consider it. Until then, the answer is a straight up "no", because from as far as I've seen, you only care about your schemes and plans for your own personal benefit, and do not consider in the least how to cultivate something that is enjoyable for the group as a whole.

Edit: And simply pestering people until they agree out of frustration doesn't count. There has to be legitimate widespread interest before I'll consider it.

I had something but the window closed. ;_;

---------------------------------------------

Here was the plan.

Tessa/Katie get kidnapped. Girls leave behind some blue scales, a coconut, a bag of diamonds, and a note saying to meet them at Twin Peaks gorge. Group finds out Twin Peaks gorge is in the Shoon Islands, and sea wyvern mating grounds.

Group gets there, and meets Sword Girl in harbor. Cess describes what happened, Sword Girl tags along. Group gets to gorge. Sees mages with three Tessa/Katies in front of them. Girls want the weapons. Girls get angry. Two of the clones disappear into shadows. Girls toss Tessa/Katie into ocean filled gorge to the wyverns. Blahblahblah action scene, purely plot battle. Damian/Iso saves Tessa/Katie. Tessa/Katie turns out to bea clone as well.

Girls show up down the beach without Tessa/Katie. Girls tell group to meet them at Waterfall Lagoon. Group walks to lagoon. There's a cave behing the waterfall the group decides to go in. Cave is too small for Ulfy, but Kiev can fit. Aiya, Sword Girl, Pary and maybe others decide to wait outside. Inside cave, group sees the real Tessa/Katie tied to a stalagmite. Tessa/Katie get! Group hears a scuttling. Giant crab and mini-crabs attack. Stated battle. But wait! How can one crab have babies? Outside, the others hear a rumbling. Crab jumps out of lagoon. Battle for the people outside.

Group goes to Cess's house/farm. Group meets Sword Girl's brother who rides a sea wyvern. Wyvern may fall in love with Kiev. Maybe. Group meets Cess's sister. Group eats native food. Support building.

Next day group goes to beach. More support building. Group goes to Mountain hotsprings, more support building. Helios may try to peak on the girls.....

Next day, bandits attack! Generic easy, typical, stated bandits. Maybe toss Travis in there. Group gets ready to leave, sword girl comes with.

Timeskiptimeskiptimeskip. Back on main land.

Ta-da!

FYI, the group never fights the mages, they just cause trouble.

Aside from everything else wrong with that picture, wyverns don't fall in love.

You do realize, that the very fact that we know the details of your plan has compromised the entire thing right? Nothing goes entirely according to plan, and that plan isn't as flexible as you probably want us to believe (and may be trying to convince yourself). Basically "No plan survives contact with the enemy".

In other news: Levski wins again.

Bal isisted of knowing it. -_-

And besides the bandits and crabs, they're aren't any stat battles. Other than the kidnapping plot, it's mainly touristy stuff.

It's actually incredibly flexible.

Expect mods ... legions of them if this isn't a stat battle >_>

EDIT:

Actually go ahead and kidnap Viveka. They may not come for her right away, but it'll let me earn the kick chick trope in like one chapter.

If Katie is the bait, expect a lot of complaints from Morgan. And Eric tends to be the only one ballsy enough to stand up to her, plus Snowy tends to have Katie Ass Pull at times as well. Viveka will receive similar complaints (don't need her).

I think it would be more satisfying to fight the mage sisters at some point or another...

I'd sort of assumed you'd do most of the discussing/convincing via PMs actually.

The major thing is, if most people are decidedly uninterested in following up on a kidnapping plot, then I don't want to have Tessa used as a tool to force people to do things they don't want to be doing. Furthermore, if things are poorly laid out, there would be nothing for me to interact with while kidnapped, things could work out horribly as the just did in the recent conflict (where notice, very few people had any fun at all...), etc. etc.

I'd much rather just have just about everybody doing something they all enjoy. If that doesn't involve going to the isles, so be it.

You guys can fight and beat the mages, but they'll warp away before they get killed.

They'll probably restrain Viveka's legs Phoenix. :awesome:

@Bal

The characters will probably have a whole bunch of fun. And relaxation.

The players on the other hand, may not want a tropical vacation.
