Kanami Posted July 22, 2010 Share Posted July 22, 2010 Depends on what you mean by that, I mean judging from what I read in chat, and Cynthia's position, I'd probably not agree with his plots either. And in that sense I'd flame him till he's 10 feet underground. But from what I can see Psych doesn't seem to care too much that others don't like his ideas. And Mr Incompetent seems to be fine with what Psych does, which in effect means they're fine in the RP. So I doubt my flaming him would have much effect. Either way, you people don't listen to reason anyway and cite rubbish like "Doesn't have to be realistic" or "People don't act and think logically." (True in some cases, but you'd expect at least one person in a dozen to know that heading for the capitol where guards are everywhere while you have a bounty on your head is a bad idea) I don't mind it's application in sudden events, (Eg: Reika tries to knife Aiya, Kelas jumps in the way and gets stabbed) clearly not the logical response to such a situation, but an acceptable one nonetheless. However when you've got time to think it over, and you're risking your life "Not acting logically" just means the characters are stupid. I'm not sure what aspect of me Psych would be able to cancel out. Since I have enough fuel (in my flamethrower) and enough wrenches (in my wrench gun) for everyone. Apparently the RP got bombarded with new characters after I left. :/ Most of you couldn't handle 1&2 characters, no idea how characters are being managed now, but I doubt it's being done well. My Opinion: Some people need to learn they cannot handle multiple characters and cut back to one. In this respect, Kai is outperforming a few other RPers, in that he at least acknowledged a problem and is trying to better the situation. Also given my current stress levels from other things, I'm not wanting to get worked up much over a game (which is supposed to be fun and all.) Ehhh, I'm pretty sure that last argument was resolved though. Let's just make the new chapter a good one. Funny that she mentions this^ Well I for one still have an entire legion of npcs(though one died just so the giant demi-hydra attack would be a little less unrealistic) I haven't received handling complaints from anyone but Kai(does that even count?) though. At last official count I've got. 3 PCs 1 Party NPC(this wasn't intentional, but now it's just too much fun to let go of) 7 NPCs(one of which is having context added to them by two other people) As for other new characters: Derek=Snike (He's okay, and his merc to cavalier thing is definitely something to talk about, but I still await the return of the bird. That's even more interesting because VivekaxDerek is suspiciously similar to FioraxGeintz) Danielle=Snike (She hasn't changed much, but that was never an issue. I think she could use more fleshing out, or more attention in general, maybe do something all on her own once in a while.) Cess=Psych (Started out interesting but is now dangerously close to total irrelevance, and is mostly just a helpful shaman. The equivalent of a curious morph.) Pary=Psych (... LOL ... moving on.) The Mage Trio=Psych (No matter what Psych says these girls were poorly planned out. He took advantage of the "there's no rule against it" to throw them in our faces at every opportunity. The girls themselves are difficult to judge as actual characters due to the fact that they're nothing but plot devices.) Rita=Psych (I've got no real opinion of her yet. The name is cool though. Until she interacts with one of my characters or does things that stand out well, I won't be able to say much. All I can tell right now is that she's a "Mia".) Zilpah=Minilaguz (Opinion pending ...)
