In nature, the female is usually colored with more earthly-tones so as to act as natural camouflage when pregnant/raising young whenever there is a color difference between the genders. The male is usually the colorful one so as to attract the female. Not to mention that pink = girl is a fairly eastern thing and pretty much just a culture thing. Finding a female pink wyvern isn't more likely than finding a male pink wyvern. It's simply a matter of parents. In this case the wyvern is pink-ish because I want her to stand out. Quick quizes!
