The correct answer to this is FE3. If you looked around the Calculations pages of the site, the best 2 conclusions you could come to are FE4 and FE3. As it is, the FE4 page currently has that as a mistake.

As you can see in the pictures, Av (Avoid) never changes. Proof that the answer isn't FE4:

The bottom stat on the right window is avoid. It doesn't matter if you can't read Japanese or didn't know that but you can clearly see from the right window that everything drops when you switch from the Silver Sword to a Javelin.

The correct answer is simply looking at their avoid. If you look at a Fire Mamkute in FESD H5 final chapter and try to attack it with a 28 SPD unit, it won't be double attacked. This is because that Mamkute's SPD is actually 26 even though it should only be 20 (caps) + 4 (Firestone). As proof, their luck is 0 but their avoid is displayed as 26 when the avoid formula in the game is SPD + LCK/2 = AVO.

I did pretty well.

This was fun.

Though I assume my answer for #3 wasn't acceptable, though that was the fastest way that I could think of, out of game. The stat caps page for FE1R actually lists Fire Dragons with a 26 Cap for Spd.

Not sure what made me think of FE3 and 1R for question 2 though. I'm thinking it was the Earth Orb, but I'm not sure.

Sword skills are only passed down to children who use swords at base and aren't mounted IIRC.

What about FE9? The boulders can do damage to multiple characters...

It didn't count because it's a stationnary weapon. I know I put this BEFORE I noticed he didn't count it, so I got it wrong.

I see. However, since she's unable to make use of it while she's a boss, it doesn't count. If it did, I may as well have to count any recruitable enemy boss in FE5 since Moonlight and Sun Sword works on any1.

I haven't tried it, so I can't be sure. It should though, because the site at least doesn't say anything for the Sword Skills like "Can only be activated while using a sword".

And by Corple and Holsety, I meant that she gets the skill even though she isn't supposed to, not that she isn't able to use it until after promotion.

Very nice quiz, Sirius. I'm surprised I came out on top, and even more surprised at the various nooks and crannies the answers were tucked away in on the main site. I actually couldn't find many of them there, so I dug around in other internet areas, like fireemblemwod and so forth, but apparently they were just hiding from me here.

I'm pretty sure that what Vincent means is:

I think he was attempting to explicitly state that Tinny can't get it. I suppose it is possible she does, but I was always under the impression she won't. Anyone ever actually make Levin/Dew her father? If not, can anybody just hack that in there at the end of chapter 5 and then get to chapter 7 and see what she has?
