Chapter 6 (7+4/45: Chad penalty)

I just realized I forgot to get the Door Key in Chapter 4…So I need Chad to open the door to Sue.

Marcus charges up the middle while everyone else goes up the west side. Marcus ends up breaking a full-use Javelin on the enemies in the middle and in the top, although some soldiers ended up getting killed by Lugh and Dieck when the rest of my team got there.

Chad opens Sue's cell(+4 turns) and Roy recruits Sue. She rescues him and runs up toward the boss as Marcus and Dieck take him down with Iron Swords(WTF 53 avoid. Seriously, Wagner's stats are weird for a shaman: 10 speed but only 6 magic?). Roy seizes before the southern reinforcements can close in on Merlinus, Dorothy and Saul.

Chapter 7 (12/57)

The turncount is a bit high, but I'm happy with what I was able to do here.

Everyone but Merlinus starts out by going north-east to meet up with Zealot. Merlinus grabs the Killing Edge. After the initial clash where Zealot and Treck show up, Lugh helps Merlinus visit the Villages faster and Zealot and Dieck fight off the wyvern riders with help from the two knights. Roy heads for an Armory before going for the throne and buys Steel Swords and Hand Axes. Sue grabs the Longbow and Marcus heads for Devias.

While Marcus kills the northern reinforcements, Zealot recruits his knights for their items, Merlinus goes to the shop to buy Thunder tomes, Vulneraries and Keys. Lugh goes to the other Armory and buys Steel Lances and Javelins. Sue gets some training in the Arena. Finally, Marcus kills Devias with the Armorslayer(I love this weapon) and Roy seizes.

chapter2: 7/11

All right chapter2, Wolt killed most of the soldiers in this chapter, got quite a bit of exp for it, Roy attacked a soldier for exp, Marcus rescued Roy again after that, and then I charged foward, Merlinius got the Armorslayer, Thany and Wade came and Marcus entrusted Roy to Thany, Thany crossed the mountain with Roy and took the Armorslayer from Merlinius. Wade sat of the fort to take out some enemies, he doubled a soldier and a steel axe fighter, HE GOT SPEED O.o Lance Rescued Wolt, Marcus dropped him off to prepare for next turn, then I made my way to the boss, took out the mercenary with Roy and Thany, Thany survived a hit from an Archer, Lance and Wade took out that Archer, Thany gave the Armorslayer to Marcus, Marcus killed the boss with said Armorslayer and Roy seized the Gate.

Cath takes a while to arrive, so Marcus takes his time dealing with the enemies up top. The boss has crazy evasion, so Marcus needs to get lucky to kill him fast enough. Marcus has 67% disp on him with Iron Sword, 45% disp with Javelin and ~50% disp. with Silver Lance.

Also, Marcus got a speed point! =)

This chapter is an RNG-fest, because everyone except Roy has shaky hit rates, and I didn't have enough Javelins on hand to spam to clear this chapter easily. I think a bought a bit too many Hand Axes, but it doesn't matter that much, I hope.

Ch5: Fire Emblem (5/32)

Everyone charged the gate, with Marcus opening it on the first turn with a Handaxe equipped. Merlinus went north and sat on a fort to tank the various enemies up there. Marcus axed a few enemies with his Handaxe, but it only had 6 uses left, which meant it broke and the choke became clogged. Everyone cleared a path for Roy to charge through, and Alan engaged the boss (his STR is higher than Marcus's at this point). He did some damage, but got hit and knocked down to 1 HP, so he had to pull out and Marcus took over with his Silver Lance, killing him on turn 4 enemy phase. Alan killed one last nearby mook before Roy seized.

Ch6: Traps (5/37)

This is like the worst chapter name ever. Anyway, Roy, Alan, Marcus charge north, with Saul following behind. Chad goes east to get some chests and Bors follows to mop up an enemy or two. Saul makes playing risky a lot easier--I like it. I decided to have Chad grab the Silver Lance chest, since it's pretty much the only thing that's keeping Marcus contributing at this point (well, besides his move). Marcus and Alan teamed up on the sketchy cloak guy, who got Silver Lanced and Iron Sworded--luckily both hits connected, and Roy seized immediately afterwards.

Chapter 8:

Turns: 17

Pretty straightforward chapter, Marcus takes care of most of the enemies while Noah cleans up. Clarine, Noah and Roy get quite a bit of EXP here. Marcus only had 54 hit w/ Armorslayer against Leygance, so it was quite shaky, but I managed to kill Leygance in two turns and Seize with Roy, just before the reinforcements could reach me.

Chapter 8x:

Turns: 12

Mostly a self-improvement chapter. Marcus and Noah killed stuff while Roy got a kill here and there. Henning is a real pain in the butt to take down due to his high avoid, but I got two lucky crits with the Killing Edge that ended him. Noah got some EXP off the pursuing bandits.

Chapter 9:

The enemies went down pretty easily, although I got held up at some points. However, Scott is even more ridiculous than Henning. Noah was 1 Speed point away from doubling, and he has something like 55% crit and 38% true, and massive HP to boot. I got two crits with Noah and a Killing Edge and put him down after quite a few resets.

I didn't visit any of the villages, so I'm going to 10A. I recruited Fir with Noah to recruit Karel later on.

Also, a question: Can I use undrafted characters to rescue NPCs? Chapter 10A has quite a few and I was thinking it would be helpful if the NPCs didn't rush straight into the enemy.

No. Undrafted characters cannot rescue NPCs. They can only rescue other undrafted (and already recruited) characters.

By "already recruited" I assume that you mean, for example, even if you didn't draft Echidna an undrafted character can't rescue Echidna until after you have the recruitment convo?

Yeah, sorry if that was unclear.

I believe that all NPC characters should be treated the same whether they're playable or not. Unless everyone thinks an exception should be made for playable NPCs like Clarine, Echidna etc.?

Ch7: Rebellion at Ostia (11/48)

Having tankier people was definitely a plus here. I originally was trying to recruit Zealot and Treck on turn 2, but that ended up being too risky (I had to basically plow into a big mob of enemies), and having them help as NPCs was actually pretty good. So, I took it a bit slower and just moved up in that general direction a turn at a time. Merlinus went for the Killing Edge, and Chad went for the more northern villages. Marcus charged in first with a Javelin, which was used into oblivion but at least he damaged quite a few of the enemies and killed a couple. Everyone else followed up and wiped out most of the remainder, with the Ilians doing their share of the dirty work. Afterwards, Roy recruited Treck, as the Wyverns were coming down from the north (both at once). This was pretty bad, because I needed Marcus' Silver Lance burst damage to take them out but he could only attack one at once. So Saul ran for his life while one of the Wyverns was killed, and someone (I think Treck?) took a blow from the other one. The Ilians then attacked it, but Zealot missed the second hit leaving it with 6 HP, so Bors and Treck double teamed to kill it. At this point, Marcus and Roy charged towards the throne with Alan just behind. The others stayed in the town, while Treck recruited Noah and Zealot (for Fir and Malte, respectively), then followed Roy while Noah and Zealot went shopping. Bors hobbled towards the arena. CHAD of all people got a miraculous 7-stat level killing an Archer. The throne reinforcements were dealt with handily by the Cavaliers, Alan took some real damage though. Marcus dropped Roy and waited next to Devias with the Armorslayer, hitting once. He then attacked him, hitting again, only once, leaving him with 3 HP. This was pretty frustrating, because the only one that could reliably kill him at this point was Roy but that would cost an extra turn. So, my brain completely stopped functioning somehow and I decided it would be a great idea to see if Alan could kill him with his amazing battle stats of 34/3/0 with a Javelin. It worked. Bors hit the arena and stabbed a Pegasus Knight to death before seizing.

ch3: 7/18 charged toward the boss with the drafted people, everyone else went right to avoid the soldiers to the north-west, I skipped the village and had a few surprising level ups, namely marcus getting strength blink.gif however while I have gotten good luck with level ups I have not had similar luck in battle, Lance seems to love to miss with 80-90% hits, and every now and then he'll decide to actually do something good and pull out a 2-3% critical. Wolt took out most of the slow units, along with Wade, they both mainly took out soldiers, Thany would take roy for a little bit until I had Marcus carry Roy to the throne and take out the boss on Turn 7, seizeing the chapter on the same Turn.

Ch8: Reunion (18/66)

Not as fast as I would've liked, but it's partly my fault because I forgot that Roy has a movement penalty on thrones, unlike gates, so I accidentally had him 1 cell out of range on turn 17 :|. I didn't feel like restarting though. Basically, everyone just rushed in. It was getting kind of annoying having to have Marcus do all the Armorslaying, so I made Alan use his sword some more this chapter. Otherwise, it's really straightforward. Wendy actually got a couple of kills, amazingly, enough to get her to level 3. Chad got the chests in the middle area but didn't have time to get to the ones on the left. Bors was especially useless here, I think he killed like 1 enemy in the beginning but was simply too slow to do anything else. Treck, Alan, and Marcus destroy though. I love it. Roy and Marcus got a C support. Marcus had to Armorslay the boss yet again, I got into yet another situation where the boss was at a low amount of HP (11 this time) where Alan could kill him if he landed... 36/6x2/0, he actually hit the first time again but not the second. So Marcus finished him, Roy was 1 tile short of seizing so Alan and Treck just killed some nearby mooks (ps. this is when Alan hit D swords. Fuck my life.). I had Bors talk to Wendy for lulz, wtf she APPLIED to become a Knight yesterday? No wonder she's so damn bad. She did manage to stab Cath in the eye though.

Ch8x: The Blazing Blade (14/80)

And this is where the turncounts really start to get piled on. Again, didn't do as good as I'd hoped. The bosses in this stretch of the game are a total pain in the ass, even Marcus with 17 skill has a lot of trouble landing hits. Pretty simple chapter, though. Wendy and Bors went left because there was no way in hell they were gonna keep up with everyone else, everyone else went north. Basically stuff just got killed until I got to the throne. This part sucked. Marcus Silver Lanced him, and got a couple lucky hits with it which let him kill him in only about 3 turns (player and enemy phases). How incredibly annoying. Finally seized once he died.

Ch9: The Misty Isles (12/92)

This chapter is pretty easy, only the boss was really scary. Brought Noah along to recruit Fir. Everyone pushed out of the thin passage you start in, with Alan and Treck doing most of the work with some help from Roy and Marcus. Bors and Wendy are just so bad. They got a C support though, great job guys. Recruited Fir pretty quickly. I got my answer as to whether or not she could recruit Shin, which was a no. She could, however, chop Shin into dozens of tiny pieces, each no larger than a man's fist. So she did. Wendy and Bors went south because that's the only way they would ever get anything done. Treck and Fir went east towards the villages to get some EXP. Everyone else went on to Scott. By the way, fuck Scott. My first runthrough he destroyed Roy with a crit. What an asshole. Basically I just had Roy attack him with a Killing Edge supported by Marcus. He got a couple lucky crits and left Scott at 1 HP. Player phase, Roy was right in front of Scott and had a pretty good hit rate... but that would take an extra turn. I decided to try range attacks. Alan missed, Marcus did not. +1 boss kill for Marcus, just what I need. Roy then seized. Bors and Wendy had pretty much gotten their asses kicked at this point, I would probably have had to restart (or let one of them die) if it'd taken an extra turn. Treck visited the Killer Bow village, so I'll be going A route (for a better Gonzales).

Bors is now level 10, and I do have a Knight Crest. Is it worth promoting him though? It might actually make him sorta useful, since his mobility will be less than nothing and he'll at least be kind of useful as a wall with Handaxe counters. But I need Crests for Alan and Treck too, even assuming I don't want to promote Wendy (not looking likely). Any thoughts?

Chapter 7:

Marcus spammed his Javelins and Zealot and Treck actually managed to hit stuff. Treck died, but I was able to recruit Zealot with Noah. Zealot went shopping, Noah and Clarine visited the villages and Marcus went up to deal with the boss.

Chapter 10L: The Resistance Forces (11/103)

Really easy chapter. Brought Lilina to recruit Gonzales. Everyone just charged forward and killed stuff. None of the enemies in this chapter are particularly threatening, except for one Killing Edge Merc that fortunately missed (why he attacked Chad out of everyone, I'm not quite sure...). The enemies were annihilated. I didn't feel like doubling back and recruiting Geese, although his Brave Axe was very tempting. Wendy and Bors visited the Swordreaver village together since they had nothing else to do. Marcus weakened the boss and I fed Fir the kill. Gonzales was recruited but didn't get to see any action yet.

Ch11L: The Hero of the West (11/114)

Quite pleased with what I was able to do here. All the villages saved, Klein, Tate, and Echidna all recruited and alive, all members of the Tatesquad survived (I had to kill one of Klein's archers), and a decent turn count. Basically, sent Alan, Bors and Wendy eastward towards the broken wall. Everyone else went south except Merlinus, who went on the western path to get at least one of the villages down there. Blitzed through the crappy enemies, trying to give special attention to Fir and Gonzales to catch them up in levels. Alan and the Knightlosers broke through the wall after a few turns and Alan tore the Killer Bow archer a new asshole. Meanwhile, down south, I positioned Clarine so she would be within 7 cells of Klein and prayed to god that he decided to move. Luckily, he did, but one of his archers got in the way and I had to kill it, which robbed me of an Orion's Bolt I could've sold for some extra cash to buy Knight Crests/recruit Hugh with. Oh well. At this point, Merlinus had gotten one of the villages but the Fighter down there murdered him, so Treck went to get the other one. Marcus rescued Roy and went north. Alan and the Knights finished the few enemies still around up there and Alan waited next to Oro. Klein went north as well, to recruit Tate. Chad went towards the shops. Alan doubled Oro, but Oro had about 50 hit and dealt upwards of 20 damage, while Alan had 60 hit and dealt 11. They both missed on the first turn, and Marcus brought Roy within seizing distance. Klein recruited Tate. The next turn, Klein attack Oro and did some serious damage. Alan attacked, hitting twice and getting the kill. Treck visited the final Axereaver village, and Chad couldn't reach the armory so he went to the arena instead and stabbed a Soldier to death. Oh yea, Bors and Wendy got their B Support. They may yet be useful if I can get their support level high enough.

Ch12: The True Enemy (11/125)

Another pretty easy, straightforward chapter. Gave everyone some stat-up items, Fir got an Angelic Robe, Saul got a Dragonshield for his pathetic defense, and Treck got a Speedwing because it couldn't hurt and the rest of my units are either already fast or beyond all hope. Bors, Wendy, Klein and Chad took the right side, everyone else went left. Steamrolled everything and everyone with minimal effort. Alan hit Level 20 somewhere in there, so he's ready to promote next chapter. Bors/Wendy support actually makes Bors useful. Or, well, he has some (and only some) speed and about 10 crit on any given attack, which isn't bad. He can double slower enemies and take hits well at least. Wendy is still useless. Klein was doing good support damage before he got Slept on a 23, wtf. Wendy got slept next turn on some other pretty low chance, which left Bors to deal with a random Knight that kept attacking Klein and missing while getting healed by Physic, it was pretty annoying. Chad bolted for the treasures and got all of them on that side. Stupidly, I forgot to bring a door key, largely in part because I didn't have any door keys at the start of this chapter. So, I had to break down the wall to get to Aine which cost me a couple turns. Oh well. Roy was built to kill Aine, with 16x2 damage vs. 32 HP, and exactly 1 MHP above Aine's damage. There was also the small issue of him being the only person with a high enough sword rank to use the Wyrmslayer (Fir is D swords, wtf). Seized after that. I left Ray alone, I dunno why. I could've just killed him but I didn't.

Chapter 8 (15/72)

This has got to be the longest distance your units have to cover in a FE chapter ever (with the exception of FE4, obviously).

After the initial enemies were defeated, Zealot rescued Roy, then he and Marcus rushed forward, killing everything with Hand Axes. The rest of my units just took what little leftovers were left. Zealot got held up twice: once in the passage in between the chests, and once in between the staircases, since he got there at the same time the reinforcement thieves did.

While Marcus and Zealot were completing the chapter, everyone else went for the chests in the middle, getting me an Elfire, Light Brand, Knight Crest, and a Killer Bow Sue can't use yet. Zealot killed Leygance with the bosskillerArmorslayer, and Barth killed Cath (I'll probably kill her in the HM tournament too, despite having drafted her there…). Roy seized afterwards.

Chapter 8x (11/83)

ITT: I advocate Throne for bottom tier on the Terrain Tier List.

Zealot, Marcus and Sue run forward, Roy and Dieck trail behind them and Lugh and Barth go west. Once Roy and Dieck start to fall behind, Marcus and Sue rescue them while Zealot clears the path (Sue can still double most enemies even while rescuing Roy, interestingly enough…). It goes on like this all the way to Henning, who goes down to Dieck with a Killing Edge. After clearing the south-west, Lugh and Barth go north to gain experienceon the enemies left behind by my mounted units and Roy seizes.

I'm thinking about promoting Barth for the speed and move and axes. Is this a good idea?

Roy x Marcus C

I probably should have given C11 its own post, but oh well...

Chapter 9 (10/93)

I haven't promoted Barth yet, but it's really tempting…because he kinda sucks…

As usual, Marcus and Zealot lead the charge with everyone else trying to keep up. Once my units got to the main island though, they split up. Marcus and Lugh went for the south-western village (they didn't make it in time), Zealot and Merlinus went to the north to buy weapons (they didn't make it either…) and Roy, Dieck, Sue and Barth went for the castle.

Zealot killed Fir since I have no one who can use the Wo Dao anyway, and Sue recruited Shin so I could access 20x Sacae (Sue will probably end up with more experience than Tate). Scott was much easier to take down than Henning; Dieck swung with the Killing Edge, countered on the enemy phase, and criticaled on the following turn so Roy could seize.

Chapter 10 (8/105)

My Roy is actually turning out somewhat decent. Too bad he's underleveled, though…

Everyone starts by charging into the first group of enemies, Sue going around the cliff for some protection. Lugh and Zealot combine to get rid of the Killing Edge mercenary (the enemy one, not Dieck…) and Merlinus baits the ballista archer, at least until Roy gets in its range.

Marcus and Zealot continue to decimate everything (I really hope I don't regret giving them so many kills later), with Roy, Dieck and Lugh tagging along. Barth and Sue stay back with Geese to fight the pirate reinforcements. Roy and Lugh kill Gonzales, Marcus weakens Nord, and Dieck finishes him. Roy seizes afterwards.

Chapter 11 (11/116)

I love this chapter. There's so much stuff going on, you need to use everyone to their best to finish it in a reasonable amount of time and keep the NPCs alive if you want their items (I was only concerned with the Elysian Whip, though). Anyway, I deployed Clarine and Tate for recruiting purposes.

Zealot and Marcus grab Roy and run to break the east wall. Merlinus goes down the west side to get to the Orion's Bolt village and everyone else goes south to deal with the chapter. Zealot and Marcus start breaking down the wall while killing enemies on the other side with Javelins. Roy and Marcus build a C support now as well. Once the wall was broken, Zealot went for Oro so Marcus and Roy could kill the rest of the northern enemies.

On the south side, Merlinus was able to reach the village before being killed by the Longbow archer, while Lugh and Barth visited the villages north of him. Tate went shopping for Axes and Javelins, and Dieck, Sue and Lalum cleared the enemies coming at them while Clarine tagged along.

Once Klein's group arrived, the archers came toward my units, one of them attacking Sue (and I'm glad for the first time for her mediocre strength, because she couldn't kill him, despite doubling with a Steel Bow). Klein himself didn't move however, so I had to have everyone retreat so the archers wouldn't suicide or gang up on one of my units. Next turn, he moved so Clarine was able to recruit him (Roy was on the other side of the map) while the archer Sue injured went for the cave to heal.

The brigands came out about now, and I had no one in range of the Sleep village. I sent Marcus to kill it (the northern enemies were dead by this point since my Roy is actually good ohmy.gif), but he wasn't going to make it in time. I didn't particularly care, since I was never going to be able to use the staff anyway, but it turns out that the injured archer was able to block the brigand from getting to the village (thank you, Sue) and dodge its attack.

Then Tate's units showed up, and I had Thany turn them into NPCs so they wouldn't suicide unto Klein (WHY are you throwing Javelins at a sniper with a Sliver Bow!?) at the same time as Zealot was able to kill Oro. This meant that Roy had to wait at the gate for three turns since I hadn't recruited Tate yet and Echidna hadn't even showed up.

Speaking of Echidna, I always forget about those fighters…Thankfully, Sue is able to dodge three Hand Axes to the face pretty easily. The last couple turns consisted of recruiting Tate and Echidna, Barth and Lugh taking revenge for Merlinus and grabbing the Axereaver, and a couple of my units (Dieck, Sue and Tate) getting a round in the arena. Once everything was done and I had gotten all of the items, Roy was finally able to seize.

Chapter 13:

Turns: 11

I brought along Lalum and passed her along with Marcus and Noah to recruit Percival. Marcus was definitely the MVP here, critting stuff with his Killer Axe and killing problematic Paladins and Wyverns. Miledy joined halfway through, and Noah lured Percival and Lalum recruited him.

Marcus smashed Flaer (54 damage) with Armads at 96% true. =)

Chapter 14:

Turns: 18

Noah promoted on Turn 1. Miledy damaged the Mercs a bit and killed a few, then retreated to safety and Clarine healed her. Marcus, Percival and Noah charged forward at 2 spaces per turn (>_>) and cleaned up the Mercs.

Gel wasn't a problem since Noah killed him with a KE crit and Miledy killed him. I almost forgot to grab Warp, which is the only reason I grabbed Niime and Yodel, so I had Miledy ferry Cath down. The first Berserker boss actually caught up, but Percival and Noah slaughtered him and Roy seized immediately afterward.

so I have been pretty busy, sorry if I'm not posting enough,

chapter5: everyone charged for the gate, did a little bit of rescue and drop with Lance and Marcus carrying Rutger, Marcus waited and opened the gate, everyone I drafted but Wade went to the left, Wade went up to get exp, not much to say all I did was kill a bunch of enemies to get to Dory and on Turn four Rutger killed the boss and Roy seized the gate.

oh god I need sue to recruit shin don't I? gonna hate this next chapter, but it shouldn't be TOO bad, Lance is having some good level ups, Wolt is meh, Marcus is pretty good for Marcus, Roy is pretty good speedwise, but his str is awful, Ward has a crapload of str, Thany is only lv2, Rutger has gotten some good lv ups.

Chapter 14x:

Turns: 8

Percival and Noah charged forward and smashed everything while Miledy tried to get some kills. Marcus cleaned up, and I ferried Roy over using all my mounted units. Cath got some EXP off the Pirates, and Miledy killed the Berserker. Ohtz and the other Sage were very irritating with Bolting, but they couldn't do that much damage nor double my Paladins so I didn't have much trouble with them. Noah killed Ohtz with a KE crit.

Pretty straightforward chapter. I gave Miledy the Boots as she is the best combat unit and can fly. I couldn't use Miledy to Rescue / Drop Noah or Percival over to kill the enemies, so I had to take the long way around, ferrying around Roy with everyone. I killed Garret and got Hammerne.

Chapter 16:

My team took the left route. Percival brought along a Door Key to open the door. Miledy charged forward and killed most of the enemies in the way. I got Cath two kills so she could gain speed to steal the Delphi Shield from Narshen. Cath lured in the Purge Bishop and Miledy killed it, while Clarine dodged three Silences. Cath and Roy lured away Douglas.

Cath opened the left treasure room and Marcus pilfered the treasure. Cath stole the Member Card from Hugh, and passed it to Miledy. Noah and Miledy went to break the wall to get Zeiss, and Noah doubled back to team up with Percival to kill off the rushing enemies. Miledy recruited Zeiss, and he bought an Elysian Whip and two Angelic Robes from the Secret Shop with the help of the Silver Card.

Cath stole the Delphi Shield, Noah blicked Narshen with Durandal, and Roy Seized.

Chapter 12 (9/115)

Promoted Dieck and Barth. Sue used the Dragonshield and the Angelic Robe.

On the left, Zealot rescued Roy to ferry him to the throne as Sue, Barth and Dieck took out the enemies in his way. Merlinus got the treasures on the left (Flux and Aircalibur). Marcus, Echidna, Lugh, Tate and Lalum were on the right. This side didn't really do much, just someself-improve ment for Lugh with the enemies over the wall, while Marcus and Echidna rushed forward to break the wall to the throne and Lalum got the Lancereaver.

Dieck was helped along a little by Sue and Tate to reach Aine faster so he could 1HKO it with Durandal (probably could've used the Wyrmslayer...) and Roy could seize. Didn't bother recruiting or killing Ray.

Chapter 12x (7/122)

This is the first chapter where I can't deploy all of the units I've drafted.

Zealot (with Roy) and Dieck go west then through the middle to get to the throne with Lalum's help. On the self-improvement side, Lugh and Echidna go north and Sue and Tate go west. Echidna is working on her Axe rankso she can use Armads.

Zealot ends up dropping Roy near the top to pick up Dieck, and drops him right in front of Gelero. Dieck finishes him with Durandal, and Roy seizes to end the chapter.

Chapter 13 (9/131)

Why exactly, does Miledy get HM bonuses when Ray and Douglas don't?

I sent Barth up north alone to get the Body Ring and distract the enemies up there (he ended up killing a grand total of one of them). Everyone else goes east, with Marcus and Zealot leading the charge as usual. I promoted Sue on the first turn and traded her Klein's Silver Bow so she can actually kill stuff. Tate is much worse without HM bonuses than I thought she would be…

About halfway over the bridge, the paladins rescued Dieck and Roy and then charged the castle, spooking Narshen and Flaer. Dieck is able to kill Flaer with the Wyrmslayer on turn seven, but Marcus (who was rescuing Roy) was held up because the hero and Silver Lance paladin doubled him because of the rescue penalties, so Roy wasn't dropped until turn eight. He seized on turn nine.

Sorry about the lack of updates, just haven't been in the mood.

Ch12x: The Axe of Lightning (8/133)

Deployed Roy, Alan, Marcus, Fir, Gonzales, Chad, Saul, Treck. Alan immediately promotes: Ultimate destruction activate. This gets him S lances and C swords (almost B). All of his issues with not being able to wield weapons are over. Marcus immediately rescued Roy and charged northeast. Alan came with, and Chad followed behind making a beeline for the White Gem chest. Everyone else just went north for some EXP. Everyone gets destroyed, though Chad took a sizable hit from the Nosferatu Druid... glad I gave him that Angelic Robe now. Alan is hilariously overpowered right now. Killing Edge vs. the boss was absurd, no contest at all. Could've seized on turn 7, but I decided I really wanted that White Gem (I still need minimum 2 Knight Crests, a Guiding Ring, and Hugh), and Chad wasn't quite there. So, gave him an extra turn to grab it.

Chapter 20:

Turns: 6

Miledy, Noah and Percival mowed down the left troops, and Zeiss stayed behind to deal with the troops coming from the right (he can't go down because he doesn't have the Delphi Shield).

Cath looted two chests on the left, Marcus and Douglas break into the bottom chest room with Niime's help. Percival unlocks Juno's door and Noah unlocks the door to the boss, Zealot recruits Juno and Miledy rushes down to end the boss.

I used an Angelic Robe on Niime to improve her durability.
