So when Neimi dies, of course I try to reload the state, and end up having to do the last half of chapter 2 again. Oh well, I got the Elixir this time. Speaking of Neimi (and Colm) They actually aren't as bad as they look. Colm is faced with 48%s that 2HKO him, but his support with Neimi really ramps his damage up! I mean, now he's doing 6 damage. Neimi is also still good, since she has chip damage and the amazing 6-damage-man to support her. And never forget Bazba himself. FUCKYEAHSUPERBRANDITS My second favorite moment in this whole chapter. And let's not forget Mister Not-A-Civilian-Anymore! And then, a SUPERBRANDIT gets a little humiliated. And a Thief. In case you haven't noticed, I am babying Ross. And then I notice Garcia's weird attack range... "Doubles" as a ranged attack is bull. It's ONLY a ranged attack. Oh, and the chests still suck. Neimi is awesome. I DARE you to say otherwise. I also take a check to see if Franz has some use against Swordies... Nope. Guess not. And now, for my favorite moment in this chapter! Colm is now manly. And then, there's Ross. WAIT, I'M NOT DONE YET! After a couple *loaded state1*'s, I manage this: Yes, I beat Bazba using only Colm and Neimi. I'm sorry for bashing the two of you a minute ago. You are awesome. Oh, and we get a magic user. He's still a piece of shit. So I play normally, carving up pieces of shit, etc... and I end up with this: Artur has about 3 health. You can see my predicament. No problem, though. Jeiganman just roflstomps through. ...yeah... I'm guessing you can see what's going to happen. I KNEW IT!!! Oh well. I load my state, recruit Lute, and... Behold Lute. The boss appears. I swear that the generic Revenants are better than this guy. Oh, and did I mention that we have to deal with FoW? Here we have Lute. She's not as ridic as in the unIMPROVED version. SO yeah... Fogged refenorcements annoy me, ...*resets* And now we have finished the chapter with a ROSSSMASH!!!!!! So, I come up with a new strategy after about 7 deaths (Franz, Franz, Colm, Natasha, Lute, Franz, Lute). It involves JeiganMan. So of course I get rewarded for my patience. Oh well. Now I get the power of... a level 10 Ross. What will he become? Find out, NEXT TIME, ON I'M SO BORED. Then, I notice that Ross, Franz and Natasha get doubled by Archers. I take a look. WHAT. THE. FUCK. IS. WITH. THAT. SPEED. STAT. I swear, there is literally no one on my team who can double him. Literally no one. And he doubles Lute, too. That leads to Lute getting OHKO'd and DOUBLED by these goddamn things. So anyway, DracoShield Get! It goes to Franz because I insist on using him. Now he has 3 defense! I also lure Joshua with Seth. Seth takes 6 damage, Joshua takes 15. Oh, boy. Recruit, Natasha wins the bet, etc... Not too shabby. Seeing as most of my other sword units are facing 56+ hit rates. And then this cemented Joshua's place on my team. In case you can't tell, that's a critical. He's a keeper. I'd post his stats, but I accidentally overwrote the picture with his bases. Oh well. So then I start arena abusing after cleaning up that Merc that does 10 damage to Eirika and takes 1 in return. Fun. Neimi loses. But then, I get this: She wins, strangely enough. But my question is, what is a promoted unit doing in the Arena vs. a first tier anyway? And then for Saar, the crossdressing malnourished female armor knight (see Anouleth's PT for the reference) I'm not going to even bother with his stats. So 5x begins! And... Why he has an almost full inventory of statboosters is beyond me. But still, BUFF EPHRAIM TO THE MAX! Ephraim still is awesome. And to finish off this post, I'll show you... THE POWER OF TRUE COURAGE what Ephraim did to that poor Armor Knight guarding the treasure room: And Snike, I'd usually ask you to not post updates on YOUR PT in MY thread, but this is FFtF and no one cares.
