I rush forward with Seth, Ross and Garcia (two of my three best and one of the two units I'm currently babying). I also remember that I forgot to up Neimi and Colm's support level. And then I continue advancing. Franz and Lute can (I hope) handle the mage and the fighter above me. I swear, this guy hates me. He can't seem to kill anything. And enemy speed stats are so much higher than my own it's not even funny. There's also my own luck (or lack thereof) to deal with. *muttermuttermutter* So I instead decide to have Lute and Neimi take care of it. Guess what happens. Just guess. And Franz dies to the hands of a Fighter and a Mage. Again. I swear, I am GOING to use him. So I have Joshua take his place with Lute against the ballistaguard. It doesn't look pretty, does it? Well, let's just say he overkilled. I love Colm. I just love him. I also love Eirika. FRANZ CAN KILL SOMETHING? YESYESYESYESTHANKYOUGOD Murray is still pathetic. But that shiny Knight's Crest will either elevate Seth from JEIGANMAN to JEIGANGOD or Franz from Joke to LessOfAJoke. IT'S A TRAP TIRADO STINKS AND SO DOES THE MAP And I'd like your opinions on: Should I go for the route of the badass (Ephraim) or the route of the failure (Eirika)? CT075 Posted September 21, 2010 Author Share Posted September 21, 2010 So, I beat chapter 8 after importing Megaman 2's Dr. Wily theme, FE3's Dark Emperor, FE4's VS. ALVIS and Golden Sun's Saturos/Menardi (sp?) theme. Oh Franz, why do you vex me so... Lute cooks some poor guy in his armor. But anyway, I devise a more defensive strategy to beat this map. And then Ephraim appears and roflstomps the map. I mean, look at this: Let's compare: Ephraim beats Eirika in everything. Ephraim has a better weapon type than Eirika. Ephraim takes 0 damage from almost everything. Ephraim ORKOs everything. Yeah, Eirika's fucked. I also bust into the treasure room with the AKs. Garcia has a little fun. Seth also reaches level 10. I'm going to see if I can Knight Crest him. And then the treasure is still an Angelic Robe, which promptly is donned by Franz. Now he has some semblance of *gasp* DURABILITY! Neimi continues to show her awesome by criticalling the Longbow dude to high heaven. So I continue advancing, Ephraim and Seth make the right side look like a joke, yada yada yada... THE FUCK? What is this, FE11 H5? That guy could probably solo my team if I didn't have Neimi and Eirika around to clean up. Garcia and Ross increase their BROMANCE level to A. lolNeimi LOLEPHRAIM And so, I wrap up chapter 8. Yeah, anyways, I mean the other custom animations I've seen on YT... Besides BwdYeti with his awesome, and Ray with his smooth acceptable ones, I have seen utter choppiness in every single one.
