Well, it's moot for you specifically, because your Titania has already progressed past that point. But in general, I think the Seraph is worth it, since after a level or two (and the other boosters) her HP has a good chance to be capped along with STR/DEF/RES, not to mention that she's considerably more durable as a result. That makes it much easier to get her SPD to 25 in tier 2 via BEXP, which has some nice implications for her lategame performance as well. I got lucky in a few instances like Ulki landing a crit on turn 7 for the Reyson refreshing. I decided not to use BEXP on Titania here but on 3-8 instead, saving it better. 3-6, 3-9, 3-12, and 3-13 are my fave chapters in part 3 I don't like 3-7 and 3-8, and 3-10.
