MisterIceTeaPeach Posted August 21, 2016 Share Posted August 21, 2016 (edited) I can't answer it with an exact time. It depends on the brightness. I'd like to go to sleep when it becomes dark and get up when it becomes bright. That means in summer the sleeping time is much shorter than in winter. Currently I usually get awake at 6AM and I don't have a problem with that at all. Sleeping on daytime isn't possible for me. On what time of a day do you think you have the best fitness?
