Percival
Every Fire Emblem game starts with two knights in your army referred to as social knights. Thracia 776 had axe fighters instead of knights, but they still had the same features as the social knights. There is one green and one red social knight, and usually the red knight is stronger while the green knight is faster and livelier. The roles are reversed with Ken and Sain in Blazing Sword, but they are still considered social knights. Which traditional standard Cavaliers do you prefer the most? Liz
I usually prefer red knights. (except for in the case of FE9/10) Could it be........ Providence? lol! i was a bit frustrated in FE9 because Oscar sometimes couldn't kill an enemy by himself, while Kieran could. so i gave him his master skill which kinda evened them out
Percival
A very wise choice indeed. Red Cavaliers have well balanced solid Strength and Defense which serves you pretty much as a tank for the game. Speaking of which I noticed FE8's traditional are quite the opposite. And yes, Providence strikes again.
Liz
But Sol doesn't add any extra damage in FE9.And yes, Providence strikes again. there we go again! i know that Sol doesn't add any extra damage, but he had such high skill (he actually maxed out very early, i don't remember the level, though) that it activated very often! Yeah. Oscar never got anywhere close to dying after he got Sol... Is it just me or does Oscar do criticals and Sol at the same time quite often? Liz
Yeah. Oscar never got anywhere close to dying after he got Sol...Is it just me or does Oscar do criticals and Sol at the same time quite often? that was his saving grace, actually. they were activated so often that he was a BEAST! Florete
Hm...I like the color red more, but the green pallies usually do better for me.

Nightmare
The green pallies are always awesomer (like Sain and Oscar). They turn out great for me as well.
Rehab
Sain's growths represent a red, and Kent's represent a green. They just switched them around for whatever reason in 7. Claude>Alec Allen>Lance Sain>Kent Kieran>Oscar Red>Green
Knife
Green is better.
Inactive Account
This is an interesting observation. Why didn't I think of that?
Raven
I prefer green. Lance and Sain turned out fine, especially Sain. Very fast and powerful. I prefer greens overall to red.
Knife
I prefer green. Lance and Sain turned out fine, especially Sain. Very fast and powerful. I prefer greens overall to red. Actually, Sain is considered a Red and Kent is a Green because of their stats.
Percival
...what??? Sain is green. He represent good speed and good accuracy. Kent is red. He represent good strength and good defense.
Rehab
Sain has worse skill and just 5% less speed than Kent, and better strength, yet very close to the same defense (again, 5% less). Hence he's a red struggling to come to terms with himself.
Florete
What really matters is the color of the battle sprites...so Sain is green and Kent is red. That's just fact.
Serene
Green, because personally I pefer the speed so I can double attack that turn.
