I have no issue with 30 degrees, even above that I can manage if I don't think about it and if it doesn't last too long, but what I can't manage is rapid and/or drastic changes in temperature and weather. In most of parts of the US temperature differences of >20 °C within 24 hours are quite common. This is something I really could not stand.
