I'm naturally disinclined to trust IGN after they gave Mega Man X a 9/10 and the scores they gave some other games. Mega Man X may not have a ton of spike or pits, but that game is fantastic! And then I died on Hot-Rope Jump I wanted to cry and then when I get past Hot-Rope Jump I die on Lava Tile Isle Why is World 8 in that shit so brutal...
