It might pack a punch with Boomburst, but it won't be doing much with it realistically I usually have Galvantula's Sticky Web help out with sweeping. Worked wonders with Gogoat. EDIT: Exploud with 252 Spe and 31 IVs but no Speed boosting nature has 120 Speed at level 50. With the scarf that reaches 180, which outspeeds a good portion of the metagame.
