If they appear more than once, all of their appearances should be considered overall. - To be counted, votes need some explanation regarding the difficulty in fighting them (unless they fall into the general parameters of the average rating, but reasoning is still strongly encouraged on those even if you just wanna quote people) — incredibly low scores or high scores without proper justification will not be counted. Don't put in some random text thinking it'd count as justification. Put in at least a little thought and give REAL reasoning. +/- ≤1 point extra regarding personality/appearance is okay, but no more. - Numbers for votes, please - not something like "Fargus/10", etc. - Votes out of 10, or something proportional to it. Makes it easy to calculate, please and thank you~! - Make votes easily visible, please~! ##Vote: It's the middle of the night, you're resting from a hard battle at Valor, and then all of a sudden this guy shows up. He won't move, until you cross an invisible line near the town entrance. Then you have to deal with his silver/killer axe and steel bow/hand axe. Don't forget to swipe that hero crest off him. But, that one hit he lands will hurt. But, we have 4 pallies, Oswin, Raven/Guy, and Erk/Canas to deal with him. Also Steel/Killer sword/edge Legault like 2RKOES him. By this time, a lot of your (decent) guys are seeing promotion or are getting around that time. Nearly anyone can ruin Oleg's day. Especially since most of the time, hes gonna come out and attack with that bow. Unless yer being dumb and putting Florina or Fiora in his range, no one is gonna die on Oleg.
