It just looks awkwardly-placed to me, as does the nose. I'm pretty good about FE8's artwork in general, though. Just this specific case bothers me. It's not like the artist is bad or anything, but anyone can have an off-day and draw something that's not up to standard. There's also the case in FE5's OA (and I do really like FE5's OA) where Tina (IIRC)'s legs are really awkwardly drawn.
