A 14 year old can give consent to people up to the age of 19. a 15 year old can give consent up to 20. At 16, you can give consent to whatever age, so long as it isn't deemed an abusive relationship. 18 can do porn and such. I think 12-13 can give consent up to 14-15 respectively, younger than that doesn't get any special exceptions. Err, here's this thing I guess.
