Or just keep grinding on his 2 Haunters and Gastly. Or raise the Magikarp to Lv20 so you have a Gyarados which can Bite and cause some nasty damage. Awesome. Just treat dondon151 as a Seth and don't let him rape everything, or else nobody else is going to grow in your team. And due to the sheer amount of needed water-based HMs, you can split them between don and Raven (save Waterfall for VG Raven).
