Also, whats the max number of Knight proofs I can get If I take the "B route" for chapter 16-17. Whats the max number of characters i can take to Endgame? Icon of Sin Posted June 4, 2012 Share Posted June 4, 2012 Keep in mind that scrolls do stack. You can, for example, go the arena with a unit with seven scrolls and get ridiculous level ups. Both routes have the same number of crests. Keep in mind you can also buy them for 8000 (4000 with Shanam) in chapter 22. The max number of units for the final chapter is 18. The_Purple_Knight Posted June 4, 2012 Share Posted June 4, 2012 There are 13 proofs before you can get an unlimited amount at the vendor in chapter 22. Many of them come from gaiden/sidequest chapters so be sure to get them . You will get 13 proofs before chapter 22 regardless of which route you take . Look here if you'd like to see where each of the crest is located is well is other item data . Tanya- Marty- Good with early promo, but getting him there is hard Brighton- Epicly underrated, slap a sety scroll on him for a little while, then he'll be even better Shiva- One of the best infantry units in fe5. Monstrous stats, growths and skills. Wants a ranged sword Lifis- RNG abuse for build and steal everything. Anyways, doesn't hurt to use him. Nanna- Why not? Mount+Healer+helping in manster. Fergus- Can't go wrong Karin- See above, but she wants a little hezul and some sety and some short lance and an early promotion. Robert- Eh, not that bad, but Selphina does better short term, and by the time RObert becomes able to ORKO without help, So is everyone else. Carrion- Epic Est, but give him neir/sety/hezul a little bit, and use the elite sword a bit, maybe even the manual. Recomendations- Use Fin- PRF Brave lance and Prayer, and he comes early enough to capture. Halvan- Othin minus wrath is still a good unit. Dagda- Marty without the work, and rapes 90% of the game AT BASE. Except for fast bosses and endgame. Staff Users- So broken.... Manster HElpers- Machua, Dalshien, etc. You want the manpower. Asvel- Early promotion, and bosskilling . Homeros- Asvel as an Est, but with Light Magic access, and elite! Dean- Get the dragon lance and watch him rape Trewd- Nihil is useful later on. Pahn- Alright combat and theifiness. Eyrios/Olwen Both are good, but Eyrios is bulkier, but Olwen comes earlier. Cyas with his enemy auth. stars- Fear him when he's red, ditch for Sety when Blue. If you see one of your favorite weapons/staves is broken and want to use it again, feel free to use it. Yes. Talking to him with Leaf gives you the Blagi Sword, but he can choose to leave to the tower of Blagi and won't take it back with him. It's more annoying than hard, since there's a lot of status staves/weapons around while some warp tiles lead your units in a prison they can't get out of without using the Rescue/Rewarp staff.
