You can download it if you bought a 3DS before Nintendo lowered the price. Many Zelda Titles, like Link's Adventure, Four Swords and Minish Cap are available this way. . . . I bought the 3DS shortly after the release, and my gf is still angry at me sometimes <.<" Also, at first they said FE13 would come to Europe 2012, then they said there are no plans to release the games overseas (back then) which included not only you, and now they (of course) push the release date back.
