Batman is supposed to be dramatic and brooding, and while Iron Man's got some drama to him with the whole alcoholism thing, he's always been more comedic and pompous to me. On even ground, with prep time, Batman would slaughter Stark. Probably slip alcohol into his coffee in the morning or something and just go to town on his drunk ass (but not that way you pervert). I like Iron Man more, however, and think he's a bit more realistic in his depiction of plans. While he's a genius and was rather overpowered for a bit, his plans frequently go to hell in a handbasket. He just seems more human from the bits I've seen. So yeah. Shellhead for me.
