King Marth 64 Posted November 21, 2012 Share Posted November 21, 2012 I'm playing the completed patch of FE12 and I did read the conversation in Prologue VI: Bonds of Chris (FE12's Avatar/My Unit) and Jagen talking about Chris's grandfather that Chris mentioned his grandfather name is Maclir, is that the grandfather's name without any alternate story settings, correct? Many times, I thought I was going to die... All I remember of my childhood days...was my grandfather pushing me to my limits... When I told him I would become the world'sstrongest, he'd tell me: "I'm sure you can do it." King Marth 64 Posted November 22, 2012 Author Share Posted November 22, 2012 (edited) Ok, so that we know he's a former front line Altean Knight due from injuries his name was mentioned from Prologue VI: Bonds' base conversation from Sera village with Avatar/My Unit stayed with Jagen's old friend taught Avatar/My Unit how to fight that he can cook while Avatar/My Unit is not good at it (I think I saw that from the FE Wiki about My Unit?) deceased a proud grandfather and never tells him to give up and be loyal and a hero to Altea who's the child of Chris' parent that is from Maclir's side of the family (is it the Mother or the Father, or is that unclear?) are there any other info that was missing in the list about Maclir that anything else about him mentioned anywhere else from FE12? Strunk Posted November 22, 2012 Share Posted November 22, 2012 Probably wasn't paying enough attention when reading whatever conversation it was mentioned in, but I believe that Maclir finds and raises Chris if Chris is an orphan, as well as being his or her actual grandfather if Chris isn't an orphan.
