Constable Reggie
The two games' worlds combine due to a plot twist which results in Satan and Loputousu to merge and form to become a super eviler dragon. This sudden shift in power in the worlds rebalances the various characters from smt and fe so that they're more comparable, but as a side effect from the merging of the two worlds, various characters at time to time suffer from "rage syndrome", which makes them brokenly powerful for a few seconds. The rage outbursts result in the cast members of both games blindlingly fight each other under the assumption that the other side is working with LoputouSatan, when in actuality he is secretly playing the two casts against each other in the hopes to rule the galaxy. In the end, only a Lucifer incarnate and Narga incarnate are left, and they embark in an epic showdown with many explosions. However, they soon realize that LoputouSatan is behind everything and work together to defeat him. However, it's revealed that LoputouSatan is actually a servant for an amalgamation of Grima and YHVH, and he soundly defeats the two heroes. However, through the power of friendship, all the heroes from smt and fe return and defeat the bad guy. Balcerzak
Someone's a dick, dragons are back, and they brought demons with them. The exiled lord of a country takes refuge in a country resembling that seen in the SMT IV trailer, seeking allies to reclaim his homeland. Rather than using arm terminals/comps, demon contracts are done with traditional magic (???) and our Lord's new best friend is a skilled summoner. They fight off bandit attacks together, recruit new warriors, and eventually right all wrongs and save the day.

Trinity
I'm not really sure... But I think the Outrealm Gate from Awakening will be involved somehow. Like, maybe the FE characters use it to get into the SMT universe...?
NeonZ
Considering how it's a crossover with mainline SMT, it likely will be some kind of apocalyptic scenario. Besides that, it'd hard to speculate about anything at this point. Edited March 22, 2013 by NeonZ
Rehab
FE characters are dragged into a world where there has not only been a nigh-absolute breakdown of social order, but they face a future where the things on which their lives have been based (like say chivalry, nationalism and just rule of law), have become almost totally meaningless in the wake of devastation brought by the battling of forces who in both power and reason are seemingly beyond the comprehension of humanity. Some of them are more excited about this than others (in the case he's in the game, life has basically just become one big party as far as Ashnard is concerned), and even some of the heroes are actually glad in some way to be freed of their previous obligations (say Hector potentially, for example), though they are also exposed to the danger of developing a streak of nihilism. They struggle to find a place that will allow them to survive, and in the process are forced to make alliances with (and/or, of course, enemies of) the demons, as directed by the player. Once they get to a spot where they're not in mortal danger at literally all times, they try to get a handle on just what the hell's going on. (or, if they and the player are leaning towards enjoying themselves as-is, not really giving a shit)

Emeraldfox
Strange Journey!Tiamat is a boss in the game. In all of her painfully obvious glory. Jack Frost and Anna saves everyone at the last minute.

Jedi
I'm thinking that we will have a connecting "self insert" character NO WAIT hear me out. I know this is a mixed subject but SMT is known for you being mostly a blank slate and FE of late has been making the MU/Avatar. So here is the drift you (The player character) is dragged from one of the worlds or one of your choice or something and you must struggle through the new world making moral choices and such that would get certain characters and or demons to help you out with an overarching plot that you decide how to deal with. Probably not going to happen but I think it would be cool. Edited March 26, 2013 by Jedi

Ercdouken
FE villain and SMT villain create an army of FE and SMT villains, and merge the world of FE and SMT. The good FE and SMT characters fight each others until they realized what's going on. They team up to take on the evil army. The final boss is a villain who shows up at the last minute, is more powerful than the two villains who set up the evil army. The good FE and SMT characters fight each others until they realized what's going on. They team up to take on the evil army. The final boss is a villain who shows up at the last minute, is more powerful than the two villains who set up the evil army. Now the question is, who is the final boss, SMT Villain or a FE Villain? Being that most likely the most important part for the plot. I honestly hope for an original boss, to keep each side is equal. Or an Anna Demon Summoner that summons the universe's strongest Jack Frost.
Refa
Instead of Japan being destroyed by nukes from an uncaring United States Of America to stop the rampant proliferation of demons, our main uncaring nation will use the power of the holy weapons to destroy the peaceful nation of insert nation here.
