If you were to create a Fire Emblem Class... what would it be?

3 mastery classes are three classes that you can give to anyone of any class to make them that class with the properties of the old classes and new. They are:

Alchemists are masters of magic and staves. They have godly magic, all other stats based on the original classes

Warlords are dracoknights who mastered the weapon triangle and use bows. They have insane str, all other stats based on original stats.

Black Knights are mounted generals that wield all weapons, the stats start out balanced and grow based on the original class.

These classes are all aquired by giving any unit above level 10(or promoted) a philosophers stone, conquerors fist, or shadow mount, respectively. Each item is found only once.

This is actually something I love doing. I've invented loads of classes, but I'll only post the Slave tree here:

SLAVE

A really weak unit who uses axes. They have rubbish stats and are basically, well, rubbish. However, they promote to one of my most powerful classes.......

SPARTAN

These guys are killing machines and can wield axes and swords. They have a Skill, Bloodlust, which slightly increases their stats every time they kill an enemy. I think a really cool level could revolve around this feature, like a Spartan boss who has a load of puny, unarmed guys lined up in front of him. He kills them all and by the time you reach him, he's really powerful.

picture fire emblem.

now picture ancient greece.

now fuse the two.

that's what i want. a greco-roman themed fire emblem instead of a medieval fire emblem.

so many cool class ideas. gladiator -> olympian being the coolest i can think of now.

Elibe is quite Greco-roman. Lycia is Greece, Etruria is Rome, Bern is the Huns, Sacae is the Persians, Illia and the Western Isles are Germanic tribes

Stalker - Hides in the shadows... High Avoid, low def, low HP, medium skill. High Speed, medium Str and high luck... basically 3rd tier assassin...

Jester - Magic user (new magic, Illusion) High magic, low def, low health, High Skill, medium speed, high luck, low Res

Joker - Job adv of Jester... can use staff

Prankster - Other job adv of jester... can use all magic... (has slightly lower magic stat than Joker, but higher Res)

A few ideas for some classes in a setting akin to FE8. The Spellcasters come from my desire to have a class that uses both light and dark magic, and the Warhawk tree from me wanting a: a flying class on birds of prey, and b: a flying class that uses bows. Imagine my excitement when Griffon Riders was announced, and then my disappointment when they didn't use bows...

Spellcaster- A possible promotion for Monks, Clerics, Priests and Shamans. Uses dark magic, light magic and staves.

Spellcasters consists of female witches and male warlocks. They are a mix of holy people who wanted to delve into the dark, and shamans who wanted to study the light. Their Resistance is good, for anyone trying to use conflicting schools of magic must constantly be on their watch, but their Luck is bad, for they have forsaken the gods. Spellcasters strive for balance, and believe neither in light nor dark, good nor bad, and chaos nor order, instead trying to find the perfect balance. In order to complement their beliefs, most spellcasters wear a mix of dark and light colors mute colors and grays, always staying away from pure white and pure black.

Warhawk Rider- Fliers that ride on giant birds of prey. Uses bows

Warhawks are faster, agiler and more unpredictable than wyverns, and stronger, more cunning and more agressive than pegasi. The people who ride them must be skilled, strong and never lose control. It is no wonder that an animal like this is used for mainly one purpose- hunting and taking down other fliers. Warhawk Riders' best stat are their Skill, closely followed by Speed and then strength. Their Resistance is low, and their Luck tend to be sub-par. Warhawks accept both men and women with a strong personality, but there are a little overweight of women since the lower the weight of the rider is, the faster the Warhawk can fly. They promote into Warhawk Knight or Warhawk Swift.

Warhawk Swift- A experienced Warhawk Rider whose agility is second to none. Uses bows.

Warhawk Swifts are Warhawk Riders who have specialised in attacking out of the blue. They use a variety of dives and maneouvrers in order to always stay out of the enemy's reach. Their legs and torso are harnessed to the saddle in order to prevent them from being slung off. Warhawk Swifts wear no armor- They either keep away from their enemy and win, or doesn't and die. Warhawk Swift are bow experts, and their special skill, Acuteness give them Skill % chance of not taking extra damage when being hit by a bow.

Warhawk Knight- A experienced Warhawk Rider who engages enemies in close combat. Uses bows and lances.

Warhawk Knights is the only class in the Warhawk class tree who wear any armor at all. In comparison to Warhawk Swifts, whose focus is on dives, manoeuvres, and generally staying out of reach of the enemy, Warhawk Knights focus on resilience. A common attack strategy of theirs is to first attack any flying foe from afar, and quickly charging up close. Their Warhawks has their own set of armor, including a set of strangely formed knives which are strapped to their claws, giving their rider an edge in combat.

So, what do you folks think?
