I don't think you'll really be able to understand what one woman finds appealing/attractive because another one may think/feel they're ugly as hell. It's pretty much preferences (which are dependent on how the person was raised and stuff). There are some people out there that thing literal shit tastes good. But they are an exceeding minority. Similarly, most people can agree that various things are at least sexually stimulating. Example: Some people aren't deeply attracted to, say, the color of her skin, or her face, or any number of things. But the vast majority of heterosexual males would agree that she's at least stimulating. It goes without saying that there's a general consensus to what is attractive and what is not, since they are characteristics used in prehistory (and today to a lesser degree) to identify a preferable mate.
