Because having a heart is overrated! Hard for Kat, considering that she's technically skilled in everything, she's just extremely rusty. It wasn't decided and if it was included many of us(At least Ace, Silvia, and myself) would need to alter our marriages. Memory loss, alternate person, etc. This would complicate everything even more and just.... Since this is RPing, we would need to go FE4 and kill all the parents off to make it easier.
