I'm not really referring to the fact that they're behaving inhumanely. I more mean, what kind of person would feel safe in their home knowing these people they have so incredibly humiliated are still alive and perfectly able to buy a gun while living in the same city as them? I don't know, maybe I'm being a bit of an edgemaster here, but I think everyone has a bit of a breaking point, you know? A coworker related to a couple of us that a previous coworker had falsely accused her brother of being a rapist and succeeded in ruining his life through constant and repeated malicious prosecution. I really could not imagine letting someone do that to my family and walk around freely. Maybe it's different when it's actually happening to you, I dunno.
