I actually need to gain more weight, I might get on some supplements and stuff, just to increase the body size. I want my agility back, I was the underdog when it came to my speed, everyone seemed to be shocked or awed when I started running. I'm not slow now... just not as fast as I was... hahaha They don't, they do not indeed. If you're doing rigorous training a little extra body fat will give your body some more fuel to work off of. Weight trainers eat lots of protein for that reason :> You sound like a track star! I'm jealous. I am slow. Will always be slow. And on top of that I usually trip when I push myself to run faster ^_^; Sigh. I find running is a little less painful when running with a friend.
