I would need my thinking cap for that, but I bet we could. For me, the battle system is what's keeping me looking, if that falls flat, this game might be completely doomed for me. Speaking of FFX-2, the transformations or whatever they're called do remind me of Dresspheres, well, they kind of remind me of the demon transformations from Digital Devil Saga. Have you played Grandia 2 or 3? or Arc Rise Fantasia? When I looked at it, the bit with the of the battle system vaguely reminded me of those two. Heh, the only reason I would say avoid getting the retail version of Arc Rise, the terrible dubs. If you have some way of getting an undub, I recommend doing that.
