Also, do you mean enemies low to the ground, like Polwigles and such? No, overlimit. The enemy uses overlimit in the cutscene and Yuri has maxed gage in the OL bar. It takes place in a town after my entire party was caught by the Imperial Knights. I meant enemies, who were hit and lie on the ground for like 2-3 seconds. If you use an arcane arte while in Overlimit and hold the arte button, you trigger a burst arte. What's more, a burst arte's power depends on what level overlimit you're in.
