Other than that I can only think of FF's EVA ending and Alpha 3's Ideon ending. I was thinking more on being a special route (like FF's EVA) or a stage outcome with a specific chain of events (like Alpha 3's Ideon). I'm gonna guess that specific Game Over of Ideon's is also if it gets defeated? I'd put it same with Godmars' defeat condition of D and Z2. And there's also that far as I'm aware, the Godmars thing never happened in its anime of origin. The EVA, Ideon, and Baldios (again, far as I'm aware) stuff, however, did.
