He finally reveals his "true" colors, stating that his plan all along was to resurrect... something. And said process will require human sacrifice, which the gravity wave will provide quite nicely. Thusly, he won't let Project Aegis proceed. And now that stuff like Euzzeth are no longer around to complicate things, he has no use for the protagonists. Amusingly enough, Kouji angrily suggests Shuu could just kill himself as a sacrifice, which to his surprise Shu actually seriously considers. Anyone familiar with Masoukishin lore... yeah, this is all like the end of SRW 3. Except more detailed, of course, and with some input from the La Gians who are now witnessing this part of their story, unlike back in the Classicverse. Meanwhile, the Titans have sortied more forces, which include people like Jamitoff himself in their flagship. The Titans' last stand? Maybe. But fighting the Neo Granzon on Stage 9 is... well, this is no SRW 3. Neo Granzon can't possibly be that tough to take down at this point of the game, right? ...right? Oh, who am I kidding, it's the Neo Granzon... Anyway, I'll deal with this another today. Enough SRW for today.
