Jedi Posted October 23, 2016 Share Posted October 23, 2016 SMT4:A is starting off pretty great, the refinements from 4 in terms of the gameplay are really good, and the story is like taking place during 4's Neutral Route basically, its cool to see Flynn as a powerful NPC, although its weird to see him talking now. I honestly dislike most Katanas though. -1 Def/Res is NOT worth +1 Speed, especially on characters like Hana (Or MU, depending on the RNG) who are already made of wet paper. I'll take my normal Swords thank you. It's funny, I never really used the Dragonstone on much of my runs since it can't double. In fact, I don't really stay in the Nohr Prince/ss line all that much. My last two playthroughs on Lunatic were with a Ninja and a Swordmaster Corrin. TBH, Hana's defense are often so low that -1 def won't make that much of a difference. But Katana's stat mods are indeed bad compared to the other Hoshidan weapons. IIRC, they're the only one that actually decrease some stats.
