Not that big of a deal though, due to the low caps and ridiculous stat boosters (oh yeah that's another thing, stat boosters give around +4 or +5 a stat instead of the usual +2) better than FE1 though, where nobody but mercs, archers, mages, priests, cavs, and pegs could promote. also, nobody gains Res ever because everyone has a 3% Res growth.
