I put one of the cavaliers (or whatever their name is in this game) in the range of the axe user farther to the north. Then everyone, including Ayra started following him. Then I found a way to make Sigurd go south, without getting in her range while everyone else went to the north. Then Zigludo-chan soloed the boss and talked to Ayra (she stops being aggressive after you kill the boss). She didn't even get to attack anyone.
